so with the Canadiens in utter chaos from Management down to its coaches ... is it fair to say the rivalry is on life support? it was a dis interesting game to be quite honest.
it's been an emotional let down since the Canucks game but you had to have seen that coming. |

The Habs dont have that Villan we can hate right now. No Komisarek, No Lapierre. I mean Subban tries but going into the turtle and then smiling doesnt cut it. |

I believe Darren Pang was on to something when he said PK Subban needs to start playing the "white" way.

thats so wrong. Now you're a racist if you dont hate him if the only reason you dont hate him is the color of his skin.
I kinda liked him when he first came up, speedy, nice shot. Now I hate him cause he's a head hunting weasle. Hope he gets a call from Mr. Shenanehanigans. |

Really Mr. Atlanta Thrashers? Who on the Thrashers have the bruins hurt this year. Remember, its not softball, its hockey. Oh wait, you dont have that anymore, do you. |

There's a special kind of hate you save for anyone wearing the blu-blanc-and-rouge, matter how bad they are playing, always kick them while they are down to be sure. Remember, they took the B's to 7 games last year. Even made the final minute a little too tense last night. Hate em |

Was at the game last night and I was shocked with the amount of Habs Fans I did NOT see. It usually is a sea of Red in there, Last night you had to search for them,
WEIRD. |

zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz....What a snooze fest. sloppy turnovers, Subban being a little female dog. That game sucked last night.
I have never seen a player get traded mid game though. Only in Montreal.... |

I've seen the odd guy get pulled from a game just to ensure he doesn't get hurt if there's a trade in the works, but never pulled from the game, put in a cab and sent packing
Subban with a top notch turtle last night, can't do it much better than that. |

Habs made out pretty good on that trade IMO. You get the production of Cammy in a bigger body at half price and a 2nd on top of it. Thought Sutter was the problem in Calgary ... apparently not, I guess if Cammy can get the touch back that he had while he was there the 1st time its a decent deal, but that's a pretty big risk. |

If they had Turtle competition at the skills competition it would be tough to beat Subban since Avery is in the AHL now. |

you gotta wonder what calgary was thinking there actually, sure they're in a desperate situation too, but is this just a nostalgia move for them? |

It reeks of old leafs management behaviour. The ship is sinking, better placate the fans by bringing in an old familiar face. It never works, it only ever sets the teams rebuild back.
What Calgary needs right now is not a 30 year old winger, what Calgary should have done is sent Bourque to any team willing to give them even a halfway decent prospect or pick, or just young player in general.
They really do remind me of the leafs of years ago, refusing to recognize that they're getting old and going nowhere and refusing to rebuild and turn to a youth movement. |

Sure seems like it, I always figured that was Sutter's MO didn't expect Feaster to do the same. Too bad. Flames going nowhere. As the Leafs poster pointed out, very Leaf-like. |
